一. 重點難點講解
1. What did you do over the weekend, Lucy?
這是由疑問詞what引導的特殊疑問句, 表示詢問 “幹什麼?”句型結構與一般現在時的特殊疑問句一樣:
疑問詞 ＋ 一般疑問句.例如:
How much did you pay? 你付了多少錢?
Over在這個句子裏表示 “在……期間”,例如:Will you be at home over Christmas? 聖誕節期間你在家嗎?
2. What about your friend?
what about =how about,用以詢問消息或徵求意見,表示 “怎麼樣”.例如:
I’m hungry. What/How about you?我渴了,你呢?
le, a little, few, a few
little和 few表示否定,意思為 “很少”或”幾乎沒有”;a little和a few則表示肯定,意思為 “有一點,有一些”.不過需要注意區別的是:
little和 a little修飾不可數名詞. few和a few修飾可數名詞.例如:
There is little ink in my bottle, can you give me a little ink?
我的瓶子裏沒有墨水了，你能給我點兒墨水嗎？(不可數名詞)
He has few friends here, he feels lonely.他這裏沒朋友，他感覺寂寞。(可數名詞)
There are a few eggs in the basket.籃子裏有幾個雞蛋。(可數名詞)
三. 語法講解
I. 一般過去時的概念
① 一般過去時表示過去某個時間發生的動作或存在的狀態。常和表示過去的時間狀語連用。如：last year(week, Monday…), … ago, yesterday, a moment ago, just now, in19..等。
例如： She was in a teacher two years ago. 她兩年前是個教師。
I saw him in the street yesterday. 昨天我在街上看見他了。
② 也可表示過去經常反覆發生的動作，常和often, always等頻率副詞連用。
例如：
He always asked questions when he was young. 當他年輕時他總愛問問題。
③ 當表示動作時，謂語動詞使用過去式（一般加ed或見不規則動詞表）；當表示狀態時，謂語動詞用 was, were。
II. 一般過去時的構成
(1) 規則動詞過去式的構成有四條規則：
① 一般在動詞原形末尾直接加上-ed。 如：look-looked， watch-watched。
② 以不發音的字母e結尾的動詞，加-d。 如：live-lived， like-liked。
③ 末尾只有一個輔音字母的重讀閉音節，先雙寫這個輔音字母，再加-ed。
如：stop-stopped， shop-shopped。
④ 末尾是輔音字母+y結尾的動詞，先變y為i，然後再加-ed。
如：study-studied， carry-carried。
(2) 不規則動詞的過去式需特殊記憶。
如：am(is)-was, are-were, go-went, come-came, take-took, have (has)-had等。
III. 一般過去時的幾種句型
肯定句結構為：
① 主語+was / were +其它。
如：They were in Shanghai in 2000. 2000年的時候他們在上海。
② 主語+動詞的過去式+其它。
如：He went to the book store yesterday. 他昨天去書店了。
否定句結構為：
① 主語+was / were not (wasn’t / weren’t) +其它。
如：My father was not at home last Sunday. 上個星期天我爸爸不在家。
② 主語+did not (didn't)+動詞原形+其它。
如：She didn't come to school this morning. 她今天沒來學校。
一般疑問句及其肯定、否定回答為：
① Was / Were +主語+其它?
如：Was it cold last winter? Yes, it was. / No, it wasn’t. 去年冬天冷嗎？
② Did+主語＋動詞原形＋其它？
如：Did you go to Beijing last week? Yes, we did. (No, we didn't.) 去年你們去北京嗎？
特殊疑問句的構成為：
疑問詞＋did+主語＋動詞原形＋其它？
如：What did you do last night? I did my homework.
Ⅳ. 規則動詞過去式的讀音也有規律可循。請記住：清後[t]，元，濁[d]，t, d 之後讀[id]。
① 清輔音[p] [k] [f] [s] [ ] [t ]等後，ed要讀[t]。 如： worked，finished。
② 元音或濁輔音[b] [g] [v] [z] [m]等後，ed要讀[d]。 如：lived，called。
② t 或 d 後，ed讀[id]。 如：started，needed。
常見的不規則動詞有：
am/is→was are→were come→came say→said go→went have→had see→saw put→put do→did get→got eat→ate take→took
