單元教材分析

本單元的核心話題是用英語詢問人的長相、性格,因此 ‘talk about what people are like’是教學重點。通過對本單元的學習,學生能掌握本單元出現的表示性格的一些形容詞。

單元知識結構

詞彙:serious,unfriendly,outgoing, generous, moody,be like, look like,come from,a little, such as,ect.

句型: --What’s Billy like? He’s shy,-What’s that?-That’s Mike.

學生前面已經學過關於“”引導的特殊疑問句,具有了學習本單元知識的認知前提,能自然地與本單元話題進行銜接。

單元教學建議

聽説讀寫等技能相輔相成的,而聽讀是説和寫的基礎,因此要充分藉助聽力材料和補充閲讀材料,訓練提高學生的聽力閲讀水平。在聽讀的基礎上創設語言情景,加強説寫能力的訓練。
