睡眠問題已經成為很多人困擾的一件事情，睡個有質量的好覺實在是太難了。生活壓力增大、早起晚歸的生活習慣，造成人們的睡眠質量下降，這樣也造成白天的工作沒有精力。睡到自然醒、睡個回籠覺，儼然已經成為很奢侈的一件事情。
1. 回籠覺：unprotected sleep
什麼叫unprotected sleep？字面上理解是無保護的睡眠或風險睡眠，指的是turning off your alarm clock and immediately going back to sleep; risking not waking up for a job, class, or other daily task. 冒着工作遲到的風險關掉鬧鐘睡回籠覺，這是不是很多人每天生活的真實寫照？
