在管理班級的過程中，難免會遇到各種各樣的困難，面對這些困難時，我也抱怨過，也產生過放棄的念頭，但我一次又一次的説服自己不要放棄，因為放棄，就意味着以前的努力都白費了，我不甘心。所以，到了今天，我已能坦然面對各種困難，儘自己最大的力量去解決它們。
