清華大學百年校慶賀信【中文版】
四月的校園，水清木華，春意盎然，又到了一年一度的校慶時節。值此喜慶時刻，我謹代表清華大學，向海內外廣大校友和全體師生員工緻以親切的問候和良好的祝願。也藉此機會，向多年來關心支持清華大學發展的各界人士和新老朋友表示誠摯的敬意和衷心的感謝!
20XX年4月26日，清華大學迎來104週年華誕。104歲的清華大學厚重又富有朝氣，面向世界，面向未來，以開放帶改革，以改革促發展，矢志奮進在一流大學建設路上，各項事業不斷取得新的進展。
制定並實施《清華大學章程》，進一步理順學術與行政、管理與服務、學術研究與人才培養的關係，強調人才培養的非功利性,明確學校治理的育人導向和學術導向,突出學校治理架構的社會參與和開放合作。作為學校依法自主辦學、實施管理和履行公共職能的基本準則，章程的制定與實施，將有力促進學校決策的民主化、內部運行的規範化、辦學治校的科學化。
清華大學率先啟動高等教育綜合改革，綜合改革方案首家獲得國家批准。學校緊密圍繞完善中國特色現代大學制度和治理體系、探索高等教育大眾化階段創建一流大學發展模式這一目標，確定了綜合改革路線圖、時間表。各項體制機制改革的推進，將大大地激發師生員工的創新創造活力，並形成潛心學術、熱心育人的良好氛圍。
教師人事制度改革作為學校綜合改革的突破口，緊緊圍繞建設高水平教師隊伍目標，由試點轉入全面推進，14個院系已完成方案制定並落地實施，取得了積極成效。院系聘任自主權明顯加強，新進教師質量顯著提升，吸引優秀人才的能力大幅提高。
教育教學改革深入推進，價值塑造、能力培養、知識傳授“三位一體”的人才培養新模式已進入實施階段，學生作為主角深度參與到教育教學改革進程之中。創意創新創業“三創融合”教育全面開展，近期清華面向全國高校發出了建立“中國高校創新創業教育聯盟”的倡議，推動高校向社會提供更多優質的創新創業教育資源，服務國家創新創業大局。
繼續提升面向國際開放辦學水平。2013年啟動的蘇世民學者項目，中美兩國元首曾發來賀信，已正式進入全球招生程序，準備迎接來自世界各地的未來青年領袖;清華-伯克利深圳學院，清華-耶魯環境、清華-約翰霍普金斯全球政治與經濟、清華-哥倫比亞商務分析等高端國際合作辦學項目進展順利。
堅持“頂天、立地、樹人”宗旨，面向國際學術前沿，持續加強基礎研究;主動服務國家戰略需求，着力推動重大項目進展。我校師生在生命科學和醫學、暗物質探測、量子計算、靈巧通信衞星、液態金屬人工機器、出土文獻、國學研究等多個領域的開創性工作獲得廣泛關注。
當今世界，全球化進程和新技術革命加速發展，人類共同面對的`問題日益嚴峻，知識創新和傳播方式發生着深刻變化。當代中國，全面改革深入開展，創新驅動發展成為國家戰略，經濟、政治、文化、社會、生態文明建設亟需大批領軍人才和創新成果。高等教育面臨前所未有的機遇和挑戰，大學需要重新思考自己在全球創新體系和國家轉型發展中的角色定位，探索和創新自身發展模式，推動社會發展、國家富強和人類文明進步。
我們要堅持“世界一流，中國特色，清華風格”發展道路。以實現中華民族偉大復興中國夢為目標，把清華放在中國現代化的大舞台上，以從容的心態、執着的精神、超越的勇氣，肩負起時代賦予的使命，深入推進世界一流大學建設。
我們要堅定不移推進學校綜合改革。掃除阻礙人才培養、成長的體制機制障礙;加強戰略規劃，做好“十三五”重要工作部署;紮實推進“三位一體”教育模式實踐，切實抓好通識教育，着力提升學生全面素質;創新科研體制機制，優化學科佈局;繼續深入推進人事制度改革，進一步完善學校管理運行機制。
校友們，師生們!校慶是我們共同的節日，母校永遠是一種温暖的感覺，清華永遠是我們大家的精神家園。讓我們攜起手來，凝心聚力，改革創新，奮勇爭先，共同創造清華新百年的輝煌，在中華民族偉大復興和人類文明進步的歷程中書寫新的清韻華章!
清華大學百年校慶賀信【英文版】
Dear members of the Tsinghua Community,
Please accept my festival greetings for the 104th anniversary of Tsinghua University.
In retrospection, Tsinghua has observed a year of reform marked by unfettered accomplishments. We have enacted the Articles of Association of Tsinghua University, the first constitutional document in the university’s history to guide the governance and operation of the university. This enactment will improve the governance and decision-making system, as well as the teaching and research atmosphere, of the university. Among Chinese universities in the mainland, Tsinghua leads the comprehensive university reforms. These reforms, staged for the period between 2013 and 2020, are set to escalate the university’s world leading competency. Among the series of reforms, the reform of the faculty system is the first break-through. Fourteen schools and departments have completed their plans and launched the new system. The reformed faculty system brings in more autonomy in faculty recruitment and administration. The education reform focuses on enabling student-centered learning and teaching. During this reform, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship will be better integrated in our teaching programs. In addition, Tsinghua has launched an initiative to establish the innovation and entrepreneurship alliance of Chinese universities, in hope to strengthen the national technology innovation scheme.
We have made notable achievements in internationalization education programs and research programs. For example, the Schwartzman College program has begun to recruit its pilot cohort of students from around the world. The Tsinghua-Berkeley Joint Institute at Shenzhen, the Tsinghua-Yale Dual Master degree in environment studies, the Tsinghua-Johns Hopkins Dual Master degree in global politics and economics, and the Tsinghua-Columbia Dual Master degree in business analytics have all delivered substantive progresses. A number of research programs have achieved world leading breakthroughs in the fields of life and medical sciences, dark-matter measurement, quantum computing, liquid metal artificial machinery, unearthed documents and sinology.
In prospect, I foresee opportunities and challenges that Tsinghua is to embrace. In this world of accelerated globalization and cross-culture integration, the University shall cultivate students with the sense of global citizenship and the sensibility of culture diversity. In this perspective, Tsinghua has begun to emphasize shaping the value and ethics of young students, and nurturing them with skills and characters that could yield greater social contribution.
As I contemplate the future of the university with confidence and passion, I thank all members of the Tsinghua community for your dedication to the university. I thank all friends for your support to Tsinghua. In the years to come, Tsinghua will continue to strive with unstinted endeavors.
