第一條 託運人於____月____日起需用____型飛機____架次運送____ (貨物名稱)，其航程如下：

第二條 根據飛機航程及經停站，可供託運人使用的載量為____公斤(內含客座)。如因天氣或其他特殊原因需增加空勤人員或燃油時，載量照減。

COOOMODITY EXPORT CONTRACT
鑑於國際貿易發展有限公司，以下簡稱：賣方，同意向A進出口公司，以下簡稱：買方，根據所訂立的條款，出售以下貨物：

生效：EFFECTIVENESS:
1) 本合同一經雙方簽字後，立即生效。
This contract shall become effective immediately after being signed by the two parties concerned.
2)本合同用中英文書寫就，兩個文本具有同等效力。如中英不完全對等，以英文為準。
This contract is written in English and Chinese, both versions having the same force. Where there is not complete equivalence between the two versions the English version shall prevail.
3)本合同正本兩份，雙方各執一份。
This contract is written in two originals, one of which is held by each party.
