教學目標：
1、能聽、説、讀、寫單詞：kind, funny, young, smart, active，tall
2、能聽、説、認讀：strict, principal, university student幾個單詞和詞組，能在不同的情境中理解這些單詞或詞組的意思。
3、能聽懂，會説兩首歌謠。
教學重點：
掌握Let’s learn部分出現的單詞 kind, funny, young , smart, active ,strict, principal等，要求學生能結合所給句型能替換關鍵詞，在情境中學習新詞，並逐步學會聽、説、讀、寫五個單詞
教學難點：
單詞university, principal和strict的發音
教具準備：
教師照片及其他特點明顯人物的圖片、單詞卡片，教學掛圖
預習題綱：
1、聽第二頁的Let’s chant的歌謠，熟悉其內容和節奏。
2、聽Let’s learn
教學過程：
一、Warm-up
1、 快速説反義詞。
T: Hello, boys and girls ’s play a game. Look at these cards, say their opposition quickly. 如：tall---- young---- …
2、Sing a song.
二、導入新課。
學習Let’s learn
圖片出示本節課所繫的特點詞明顯的人物，可選擇孩子們比較熟悉的具有這一特點的人物。
1、呈現：kind, strict, principal
T: Hello, boys and girls,this is my grandma, my grandma is old, but she is very kind. What about your grandma?
Ss: My grandma is…
T: Who is not kind in your family? （教師做出嚴肅的樣子。）
S1My …is not kind.（3-4個學生髮言）
T: Yes, they are not kind, they are strict.
（出示校長的照片） Look at this man, he is our principal , read after me ,he’s very strict. Right?
Ss: Yes.
T: Describe him.（板書這三個單詞）
操練：用不同的方法讀、記憶kind, strict, principal這三個單詞。
（出示課件：魯迅和的'照片） Who is kind? And who is strict?
操練：學生根據人物的特點描述。
2、呈現university student , young , smart, active
利用準備好的高斯、大學生、小燕子和紫薇的照片來學習這些單詞。
3、繼續出示圖片，鞏固所學的詞彙，並引出一般疑問句。
操練之後，分別請一個文靜和兩個活潑的孩子到講台前。
T: She is young and quiet , but this girl is very active another one , is she active?（板書） Ss: Yes, she is .（板書）
根據實際情況板書。並根據實際情況操練這一句型及其回答。
4、聽本部分的錄音。
三、 操練
1、完成Let’s chant
放B部分歌謠的錄音，讓學生儘可能記住B部分歌謠中描述的人物。教師可適當解釋比較難的句子。
2、利用準備好的照片或圖片繼續進行結對或小組活動，如
S1: Who’s your …？ S2: He/She is…
S1：Is she/he…？ No/Yes, she/ he…
3、正規書寫四會單詞。
四、鞏固與拓展
1、背過並正規書寫四會單詞。
2、完成相對應的配套練習冊。
