很多畢業生在製作個人簡歷都搞到很多少，少則4、5頁，多則10多頁，包括簡歷封面、求職信或自薦信、學校介紹，知名一點的還有專業介紹，及附上各類的證書與獎狀，實際上這個是沒有必要的。一個簡歷建議只需要1-2頁，簡歷封面之類的都不需要，由於招聘者查看簡歷的時間是有限的，給每一份簡歷的時間就可能那10多秒，你附的這麼多東西根本沒有時間看，也不會看，反而你直接給他1-2頁紙，讓他能快速看到你簡歷上最重要的內容反而更好，特別是在招聘會上，這樣做才能提高成功率，至於其它東西如果你確定需要展示，你可以在企業通知你去面試時再地簡歷上附上，或拿原件過去。
第二點版面，這個簡歷的.版面是也是很重要的，用表格式簡歷或文本式簡歷都不是最重要的，最重要的一點就是一拿到起來起舒服的感覺，不會覺得厭煩，更好重要就是不要有一種似曾相識的感覺。因為招聘者每次都可以看很多簡歷，如果你的簡歷版面不好，可能就扔掉了，其它就是由於很多人都是網上下載的簡歷模板，都填寫一下就用了，這也是大問題，就是過於雷同了，所以你下載回來，也得修改一下，起碼讓人有一點新鮮的感覺吧。

第一，簡歷主次不分，有多少內容寫多少內容。恨不得把自己所有的事情都寫上，從而導致企業HR不知道你想表達什麼，也不知道你具體能力在哪裏。

第四，瞎編亂造，很多人由於沒有工作經驗，為了在激烈的求職競爭中能夠取得一定的勝算，從而瞎編亂造簡歷。只要不是真實的，在火眼金睛的HR眼中，很快被看穿，一旦被看穿，你個人的信譽就沒有了，從而也不用談繼續的機會。
