Everyone has different days makes,and my parents and i have ,too. On school days,my mother always cooks and does housework ,she is tirtd every day,so she usually sleeps my father always helps me with study in the evening,so i often finish my homework early,i think my parents are very great. On weekend ,my family are very relaxed ,we don‘t have anything do ,so sometimes ,i play game with my best friend outside,it’s so happy ,and my mother sometimes goes shopping with my aunt,so we can eat something special ,they are the evening, we hardly ever watch TV,because we play mobile phone,although the mobile phone is not good for us,but we like them so much,because there are so many interesting my mother never stays up late to play mobile phone she says“don‘t play games all day,they aren’t good for us.” So,i hope everyone does something are good for our health.

每個人都有不同的日子，我和我的父母也有。上學的時候，媽媽總是做飯做家務，每天都很累，所以經常早睡。爸爸總是晚上幫我學習，所以我經常早點完成作業，我覺得我的父母很偉大的。週末，我的家人很放鬆，我們無事可做，所以有時我和我最好的朋友在外面玩遊戲，很開心，我媽媽有時和我阿姨去逛街，所以我們可以吃點東西很特別，很好吃。晚上，我們幾乎不看電視，因為我們玩手機，雖然手機對我們不好，但我們很喜歡它們，因為有很多有趣的東西。但是我媽媽她説從不熬夜玩手機“不要整天玩遊戲，它們對我們不好。”所以，我希望每個人都做一些對我們健康有益的事情。
